Our self-service terminals offer patients the possibility of a “quick” and easy registration process with integrated waiting ticket output in paper or on their smartphone. Let your patients take over the reconciliation of insurance master data.
As patients independently take a waiting ticket or sign up for an appointment, they minimize the workload of your employees and you can use them for other tasks. Built-in card readers allow insurance cards to be read to identify the patient.
In addition, initial information can be captured through guided workflows, data queries or fill-out forms. Chargeable services can be paid by the visitor and documents can be scanned.
