CALL CENTRE
The Call Centre Module enables patients to book an appointment by phone. This booking is made live in the same system that patients also use to book appointments online. Employees always have the current overview of all relevant calendar bookings and can comfortably book appointments for visitors on the phone. In order to do so, the necessary personal data is gathered. The approval can be sent by mail, e-mail or SMS. In addition, a PIN code can be assigned that the visitor will enter at check-in.
